INFORMATION
You
need to fill out all requested information
online
completely and correctly in order for us to process the orders in
time.
ORDER
You
are encouraged to read our Terms & Conditions before you place
your orders.
Once you have placed your orders, we assume that you have
already
read and thoroughly understand and accept the terms and
condition
stated herewith.
Please
retain your confirmed order number or print the
confirmation
page for future reference. If changes, cancellations,
checking
shipping status, and / or technical supports are necessary, this
number
will make it easier to find your order and assist you.
You
may request a cancellation of your order, provided that your order
has not already been processed & shipped. To do so, you must
send an email to sales@itwinkle.com or fax a written request to
(909) 598-0130. Without written consent, your order will not be
voided.
Unless
stated otherwise on the invoice, stated prices do not include any
customs,
duties, sales, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local
or
other taxes. You shall pay for all such duties or taxes.
A
few orders may take extra days to process and ship, due to the low
stock
quantity at the time of processing. You will be contacted if a
delay
occurs.
We
DO NOT ship to APO, FPO, HOTELS, & P.O. BOXES.
We
reserve the right to cancel any credit card approved and authorized
orders
due to the following reasons:

The
orders paid by credit cards not issued by U.S. banks and Canadian
banks or other domestic
financial institutions.
·
Either
the shipping or billing address of
the orders is located out of the United States and Canada.
·
The
message generated
by the credit card processing company shows that the
verification
of the credit card is incomplete.
PAYMENT
We
accept Visa and Master Card for all credit
card orders at this time..
We
do accept Cashier Checks, Money Orders, and Wire Transfers. However,
we will only ship the products out after these
payments
have been cleared. You can call us at 909-598-7209 for
further
details.
A
$20 minimum fee shall be charged on all returned checks.
We
do not accept COD online.
We
charge 8.25% on all purchases that are shipped to addresses
located
in California.
SHIPPING
All
shipping dates are approximate and are based upon current
availability
of products and prompt receipt of all necessary
information.
All "Next Day Air" , "2nd Day Air" and "3
Day Select" orders received before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard
Time (PST) will be shipped out on the same day depending on the
availability of the products. For all "Ground" orders, it
will take 1-2 business days to process. Pickup day does not count as
a shipping day. For example, an order placed on Friday for 3 Day
Select at 2:00 p.m. will be processed and shipped out on Monday.
Monday does not count as a shipping (business) day. Therefore, the
product will be delivered on Thursday. The customer will be
contacted through
email and/or telephone for backorder items. Backorder items will
be
shipped out as soon as the product is available.
If
your shipping address is different than your billing address, please
fax over clear : 1) a copy of the front and back of credit
card, 2) copy of a picture ID, 3) a statement reading "I
authorize ITWINKLE to ship my order to the following (shipping)
address, followed by the billing address, 4) a handwritten signature
and fax to 909-598-0130. Otherwise, we DO NOT ship to any address
other than your billing address.
All
deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and
damage.
However, we will not be personally liable for any damage, loss,
fault
or expenses arising out of delays in shipment or other
non-performance
of this Agreement caused by or imposed by:

Strikes,
fires, disasters, riots, Acts of God;
·
Acts
of customer;
·
Governmental
action; or
·
Any
other cause or condition beyond ITWINKLE’s reasonable control in
the event of any such delay or non-performance
We
will not be responsible for the delay in delivery by shipping
services.
In
the event of a delay, the Customer Service Department will track the
order with shipping companies. The accuracy of the address is the
responsibility of the cardholder. We
reserve
the right to cancel any approved orders that have different
billing
information and shipping information. Please visit the Order
Information section
for further detail.
Address
corrections that are made while in transit or after delivery to
a
wrong address are expense to the cardholder credit card as we incur
charges
from shipping companies for this service.
Refused
or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 20% or $25.00,
whichever
greater, restocking fee, in addition to applicable shipping
fees,
insurance fees, and any losses incurred by us.
All
orders are Freight On Board (F.O.B.) origin unless otherwise agreed
to
in writing.
You
are responsible for all other fees and / or charges inclusive but
not limited
to reroute fees, any customs, duties, sales, use, value added,
excise,
federal, state, local or other taxes, unless stated otherwise on
the
invoice.
Extra
shipping charges may be applied to orders that include large
size
products such as monitors, cases, speakers, and printers. Our Sales
Department
will contact you for further details if this is applicable.
RETURN
MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
ITWINKLE
offers our customers a 30-day replacement and 15-day refund on all
defective items, except:

For
all other products, please contact manufacturer for return or
exchange after 30 days.
·
Due
to manufacturer's policies, ITWINKLE can not accept refunds or
returns on All Retail Boxed Processors. Defective merchandise can be
returned to the manufacturer directly.
·
All
hard drive and CDRW products are OEM bare drive, unless stated as
retail box.
·
No
credit back for monitors; advance replacements only.
·
No
refunds will be issued after 15-day from the delivery date.
·
All
Dead On Arrival (DOA) products must be reported to ITWINKLE no later
than 3 business days after you receive the product.
Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
·
All
claims for shortage, manufacturers' defects, shipment error,
incompatibility, or incorrectly ordered merchandise must be made
within 3 business days from the delivery date.
·
To
return a product based upon ITWINKLE’s replacement/return
guarantee, please fill out the
to request a RMA number. ITWINKLE’s will not accept
returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued,
RMA numbers are valid for 15 days only. All return products must be
received by ITWINKLE within the period stated. RMA numbers will not
be extended or reissued. **PLEASE DISPLAY THE RMA NUMBER (S) OUTSIDE
THE RETURNED PACKAGE.**

A
copy of the invoice must be included in the package.
·
All
other claims made after the 10th day but before the 30th day
following the invoice date will be considered based upon the
"time value" of the merchandise.
·
We
reserve the option to accept or reject non-defective returns.
Merchandise must be packed securely back and be returned to ITWINKLE
undamaged, and must include original packaging, manuals, warranty
cards, documentation, and all other accessories. You will be solely
responsible for paying all return freight costs and insurance either
defective or non-defective merchandise. It is recommended that all
returns be made via a traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or
Certified Mail as ITWINKLE is not responsible for items that are
misdirected or lost in shipment. RMA numbers must be legibly listed
on the outside of the carton. We do not accept any shipments without
a valid RMA.

Merchandise
is subject to testing before replacement will be issued. ITWINKLE
sends defective merchandise to the manufacturer, which takes about
15 to 30 days in most cases to process. As soon as we receive the
repaired product, we will ship it out. We reserve the right to
return to you any non-defective merchandise or any merchandise that
does not match the invoice. You will be responsible for all related
charges such as shipping, insurance, testing, and handling fee on
this matter.

We
reserve the option to require that defective merchandise returns be
accompanied by a test report from an independent laboratory in order
to receive a refund, credit, or replacement on merchandise.
·
We
reserve the right to issue credits or refunds in exchange for
returned merchandise, or to replace merchandise with new or
repaired, used, or reconditioned parts.
·
All
credits will be issued within 15 business days once we confirm that
this is the only solution to solve your return.
·
All
non-defective merchandise returns are subject to twenty percent
(20%) or $25, whichever greater, restocking fee or current market
value at ITWINKLE‘s discretion. All non-product related fees such
as shipping, transaction, payment processing, and insurance are not
refundable. Our liability shall be limited to the invoiced value of
the merchandise or its replacement.
WARRANTY
All
memory modules have a lifetime warranty unless otherwise noted on
the invoice or emails.
All
CPUs and Memory Modules have a "replacement only" warranty
and must be returned for
exchange
within the warranty period assigned to each brand and type of
CPU.
NOTE: WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED FOR ALL PHYSICALLY DAMAGED CPU.
All
motherboards, computer components, and peripherals have a 30 day
warranty through ITWINKLE. Additional warranties, if any,
will
be through the manufacturer.
All
software warranties regarding compatibility with other hardware or
software
products, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose,
or
the ability of a product to meet the customers' needs, are granted
solely
by the publisher or manufacturer of the products.
Merchandise
must be returned in original condition including packaging,
documentation,
warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
No
warranty by ITWINKLE shall apply to any merchandise, which
have
been modified or damaged by the customer. Merchandise that is
defective
due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation is not
covered
under the warranty. We are not responsible for any damages
incurred
to customer's equipment or data resulting from an improper
installation.
All
warranties begin from the date of invoice.
No
employee, agent, or dealer of ITWINKLE is authorized to make
any
modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
TECHNICAL
SUPPORT
Our
Technical Support Department will do its best to answer all
pre-sales and post-sales questions. Due to the variety of the
product categories, brands and manufacturers, technical
specifications and standards, we do not guarantee the support and
advice provided by our department will work in each case. Your may
be required to seek assistance from the manufacturers' technical
support.
LIMITATION
ON LIABILITIES
Product
descriptions posted on our product pages are generated from the
manufacturers
or our suppliers. Please note that actual products may
differ
slightly from picture. We are not responsible for typographical,
pricing,
product information, advertising or shipping errors. Advertised
prices
and available quantities are subject to change without notice.
In
no event shall we be responsible for incidental or consequential
damages,
including loss of use, income or profits, arising out of or in
connection
with this agreement including, without limitation, breach of
any
obligation imposed on us hereunder or in connection herewith, even
if
we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In
no event shall we be liable for any programs or data stored in or
used
in conjunction with any merchandise sold, the cost associated with
recovering
such programs or data, or any incompatibilities between the
merchandise
sold and any hardware or software used by the customer.
In
no event shall we be liable for any expenses incurred by the
customer
for
any installation done by someone other than us.
In
no event shall ITWINKLE have liability (whether under the theories
of breach of
contract
or warranty, negligence or strict liability) in excess of the
purchased
price paid for the goods.
TRADEMARKS
ITWINKLE’s
service names, slogans or logos referenced in this
Web
site are registered trademarks, service marks or trade names of
ITWINKLE.
All
other company, product or service names referenced in this Web site
are
used for identification purposes only and may be trademarks of their
respective
